Krucial panel partner for Fish Farmer webinar

Krucial is pleased to partner with Fish Farmer Magazine on the panel of their upcoming webinar ‘Technology, Remote Monitoring and Artificial Intelligence’ on 19 February, 11.30 – 12.30. Krucial CTO and Co-founder, Kevin Quillien, will be joining a panel of industry experts to discuss the use of IT to remotely monitor fish behaviour, oxygen, water temperature, feed usage and health and safety issues. Led by editor of Fish Farmer Magazine, Robert Outram, discussions will also cover the latest developments in AI technologies to assist fish farming operations and how the latest technological advancements have benefited the industry thus far and how they will shape the future.

The expert panel includes CTO and co-founder of Krucial, Kevin Quillien; Professor Keith Davidson of SAMS; and AquaCloud CEO Kristian Blom. This offers a well rounded and interactive discussion on the effects new technologies are having on the industry and how it is being embraced to allow aquaculture producers to adopt precision aquaculture initiatives to boost sustainability, streamline operations, protect the health of their stock and the marine environment in which they are reared.

Krucial CTO, Kevin, will be discussing how Krucial’s end-to-end digitisation solution, Connected Seafarm, is transforming farming methods for their customers. Deploying satellite-enabled digital solutions allows users to get continuous and up-to-date data on the critical parameters needed to successfully mitigate the risks associated with offshore farming to successfully rear a healthy stock whilst maintaining healthy feed conversion ratios (FCRs) and protecting the health of the stock.
